Whew! What a busy spring this is turning out to be! Hope you are enjoying the warmer weather, the blooming flowers and trees and all the activities that come with being outside once again.

                                                                                                                                                                    On April 1st, I had the opportunity of speaking to members of the Greater Cabarrus Reading Association (GCRA) at their Spring Mini-Conference.  I presented on safety education using literature. I’d done this presentations several times before, but this was the first time I had actually flipped it and taught it from the educator’s perspective.

While there,  I displayed a ton of safety books (like always). There were way too many for folks to write down so I updated my list from the Illinois Combined Conference last month and have placed it here for all to use.   GCRA Resource List
